40m
Before watching this film, prepare the viewer, dimmer the light and explain that for 20 minutes, we are going to dream, that there is no story line, no voice over, just beautiful images to make everyone dream; the goal here is to redirect the attention to a quieter place through cinematic perception. This science is called guided imagery and can be used to address the so called Sundowning syndrome towards the end of the day. Paired with olfactory stimulation, this can have a very soothing effect on the mind of the viewer...and the care partner!
Take a springtime journey and see majestic fields, coastal towns, and families watching the sunset.
