Before watching this film, prepare the viewer, dimmer the light and explai that for 20 minutes, we are going to dream, that there is no story line, no voice over, just beautiful images to make you dream and think and redirtect the attention to a quieter place. This science is called guided imager and can be used to address the so called Sundowning syndrome towards the end of the day. Paired with olfactory stimulation, this can have a very soothingn effect on the mind of the viewer...and the care partner!
